It is a team of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inrae.fr\/\">INRAE<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/miat.inra.fr\/site\/Accueil\">MIAT unit<\/a>, part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inrae.fr\/departements\/mathnum\">MathNum department<\/a>. It has been set up in 2000. Since 2009, it is one of the 13 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibisa.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IBISA<\/a> bioinformatics platforms.
